PRICING AND FEES
While so many of the services we receive for our healthcare are covered by our insurance, private advocates are not. However, this is to your benefit because when services are covered by your insurance, they are limited. Your healthcare providers are only reimbursed X amount of dollars which means they will then spend less time with you, or your hospital stay is cut short due to insurance only covering X amount of days. Meaning, your insurance dictates and limits the care you receive.
But, when you pay for a service privately the only limit is deciding what you are willing to pay for. Having a Nurse Patient Advocate with Live+Behealthy Solutions by your side, means making sure your provider spends that extra time with you at your appointment or gets you those extra couple days in the hospital. The whole point is to improve the quality of your care by having an expert on your side who is solely devoted to you and WITHOUT LIMITS !
PROFESSIONAL FEES:
🔷 Initial Consultation is a FREE 30 minute call, no obligation conversation where we learn about your situation, challenges and goals.
🔷 Comprehensive Care Assesment is $300 paid in advance at time of scheduling. ***The cost of the assessment will be applied as a credit towards the first month of service when you sign a service agreement within 10 days of your delivered Care Plan***
🔷 Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 are differentiated by level of need, complexity and desired services. Pricing will be different for everyone due to the nature of their own unique care plan. Whether your plan requires less urgent needs of a few hours per week or per month to a more complex plan requiring multiple hours per week or per month or maybe only requiring once a month care plan for wellness visits.
🔷 With each Level of service we use a Retainer Fee System. For example: Level 1 plan is less urgent, less frequent therefore an upfront initial retainer to be paid prior to service beginning would range from $600-$1000 which will cover approx 4-6 hours of work. Level 2 plan is a more complex, intensive plan requiring an upfront retainer range from $1000-$1800 which will cover approx 6-12 hours of work.
🔷 Monthly billing summaries will reflect completed work and 1 hour increments deducted from your retainer balance.

The reason you hire a real estate broker to help you buy or sell a home is because he or she is the expert. Sure, you could buy a "for sale by owner" without a broker, but what if something went wrong? You don't know what you don't know, but brokers do know because they deal in real estate every day. So it's worth the extra expense. Same as hiring a CPA to prepare and submit your taxes, because they are the expert. Either way, neither example is as important as YOUR HEALTH or YOUR LIFE so spending the money on an expert Nurse Patient Advocate is well worth the value it will bring because remember ~ you don’t know what you don’t know.
